My wife got me to show up to CrossFit in January 2017. I was hooked immediately. Fitness was fun, for the first time. That also prompted me to eat better because greasy sandwiches did not help me in the workouts.
I played football at Tullahoma High School, ate a ton of fried chicken and fatty sauces, and I had zero understanding of nutrition until I got to CrossFit Tullahoma.
Dialing that in unlocked a new level for me. I started running and never stopped. Now I train to keep up with my babies, and I'm proud to say that I outrun and outplay them on a regular basis.
I love to share that gift with others.
