START HERE
Things are about to change. Working out is going to become fun again, you are going to meet a whole new crew of GREAT people, and if you put the hard work in, you are going to totally transform your body, health, and fitness.
CrossFit 101 is our intro class where we will cover everything you need to know to get started with us. You will be greeted by one of our expert coaches, and we will do what is most important…getting to know you! We want to know your fitness goals and how we can help you reach them in any way possible. We offer this class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:15. We will bring you up to speed on the technical lifts and movements we perform daily at CrossFit Tullahoma. The CrossFit 101 class is NOT mandatory for beginners, but it is recommended. It will allow you to slowly be introduced into our gym for 2 weeks.
The 2 week course is $35. Once you have completed the 101 you are free to come to any of our class times once you signup with one of our memberships.
