CROSSFIT SHOES???
This week instead of reinventing the wheel I figured I would find another blog about shoes that goes way beyond my reach. Read up and watch the videos because it is really in depth and all around good stuff. Then if you want my biased opinion about shoes I will give it to you below.

When Reebok became a sponsor of the CrossFit Games they created a whole line of shoes and clothes. Every year the shoes evolve and have changes to make them better. Reebok talks to their athletes and make changes that will benefit the everyday crossfitter. I have owned original nanos, 2.0s,3.0s, and lifters. I am sure I will have a pair of 4.0s one day soon. The Nano 2.0s are by far my favorite. They have great support and overall just comfortable. I have had 4 pairs of them since released. Any of the nanos will be a great all around shoe for CrossFit. If you intend on doing a lot of running I do not recommend them from feedback I have gotten from other runners, but for me I trail run and do whatever I want to in them. I wore my 2.0s for the approach hike and hike down Half Dome last year so they can take a beating,.
