2015 "OPEN" IS UPON US!!!!
The Open is the beginning of the CrossFit games season. This year there will be a scaled option each week which is AWESOME. This year we will be doing the OPEN workouts on fridays with our friends down the rosh (TLC). We will also have special edition T-shirts for the 2015 OPEN. Some things everyone needs to know and spread the word about:
1) You must register for the OPEN in order to buy an OPEN T-shirt
2) The only time we will be offering workouts will be at night on the 5 Fridays for the OPEN
3) We will be alternating going to TLC and our gym during the 5 weeks.
4) We need 7+ people to take the judges course. I will be buying them a special shirt.
~This a great opportunity to spend time with fellow crossfitters and have some fun.
~Also, lets be real and blunt for a second. This should be fun and not stressful. It is an awesome way to track where you are in your fitness. 20 something people will make it to regionals which is awesome, but for the rest of us it is a time to see how our scores compare the CrossFit greats and to just get together and try and PR. I want to encourage everyone to register at games.crossfit.com and just have fun this season.
