STARTING AT 9AM CLINTON SPENCER WILL BE COACHING THE OLYMPIC LIFTS. FREE FOR MEMBERS AND $10 FOR NON MEMBERS. THIS STARTS PROMPTLY AT 9AM. DO NOT BE LATE
~DOORS OPEN AT 5PM- ENDS AT 8PM
~5:30-6:30 ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LIFT IS INVITED TO MAX OUT ON C/J AND SNATCH
~MEMBERS PLEASE BRING FOOD ITEM OR SIDE ITEM- ALSO BYOB
~NONMEMBERS DO NOT NEED TO BRING ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO
