​20 minutes to complete
5-5-3-3-1-1-1 Strict Press
5-5-3-3-1-1-1 Push Jerk (no Split Jerk)

then

​10 minute EMOM
3 Power Cleans
​2 Hang squat cleans
1 Split Jerk
***All touch and go. The weight should be based on 60%-70% of 1RM Power clean.
