Reminder that CFT will be doing "Murph" on Saturday. We will start heats at 9:00am and 9:30am.  We encourage everyone to come participate. If you are worried about the movements in "Murph" or the amount of reps, just remember that "Murph" is not about what your capabilities are, not about competing with other peoples times but about honoring a fallen Seal who gave his all. Even if you start it, you give your all, but still are unable to finish it at least you can still say that you tried and that's more than most can say. And "Murph" is scalable. Half "Murph" will be an option and that's an 800m run, 50 pull ups, 100 push ups, 150 Squats, finished with an 800m run.
