Open Workout 16.2 gets posted Thursday night. With that in mind, if you are competing in the Open then take these workouts as an active recovery. There is no need to go 1,000% and be too sore and tired for Fridays main events. If you are not doing the open then by all means I want to see 1,000% effort! We will also do some mobility work following the class.
