CHANGES STARTING APRIL 6TH!!!
Now that the Open is finished and spring is finally getting here, we have some changes to our schedule as well as our intro program.
101 Class/3 Visits for Free:
~We are continuing to cancel this class until further notice. We are however bringing back our 3 visits for free, but this will have some changes and strict guidelines.
~This is for anyone who has not been a member at CFT, gone through our 101 class before, and cannot be a drop in from out of town.
~We will offer this Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only during our 5:15 class. The 3 visits must be done within 2 weeks of the first visit.

SATURDAY-
9AM Open Gy/ Partner WOD
Starting April 11 we will be doing something do during the 10-11 hour. Each week we will pick 1 movement or lift and focus that entire hour on teaching, learning, and work on efficiency. For example: pull-ups, hspu, olympic lifts, etc....
*Open Gym will not have a CrossFit Level Instructor in Charge. Our Assistant Coaches will be there to open and close the gym and to ensure safety. Feel free to do the workout provided or workout on your own. Please arrive for Open Gym at the designated time- if no one is there 15min from start time the coach may leave.
