Announcement
We will be starting lunch time classes tomorrow and are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00-1:00. This class will do everything our other classes do except it will not be as organized as far as warm ups and start time. We feel this will allow our athletes the flexibility to come in and get after it before they have to return to work. There will be a running clock and a coach there to teach and assist. Spread the word.
